Shipping & Delivery
Q: How much is the shipping fee?
A: Most of our products qualify for free worldwide shipping. For certain items, shipping fees may apply. The exact shipping cost (if any) will be shown at checkout after you enter your shipping address.
Q: Do you ship to my country?
A: We currently ship to all continental U.S. states, as well as 60 other countries and regions. Simply select your country from the Country/Currency dropdown menu—if it appears, we can deliver to you.
Q: How long will my order take to arrive?
A: Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–5 business days for customers in the United States. For customers in other countries, delivery typically takes 5–15 business days, depending on your location. Occasionally, delays may occur due to customs processing or local carriers.
Q: How will my package be delivered?
A: For customers in the United States, orders will be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. For customers in other countries, orders will be shipped through our international logistics partners and delivered by your local postal service or commercial courier.
Q: Will I receive tracking information?
A: Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email so you can track your package every step of the way. You can also track your shipment through the tracking page on our website.
Q: What if the tracking shows delivered, but I didn’t receive my package?
A: If the tracking status shows delivered but you have not received your package, we recommend first checking with household members, neighbors, your mailbox, front desk, or any safe delivery location nearby. Please also contact your local courier, as they may have additional delivery details.
If you still cannot locate the package, feel free to contact us. We’ll gladly provide any available shipping information or documentation to assist you in filing a claim with the carrier.
Orders & Payments
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc.) as well as other secure payment methods, including Apple Pay, Google Pay, Shop, and PayPal, all of which are available at checkout.
Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: If your order hasn’t been processed yet, we’ll do our best to help. Once it has been shipped, changes or cancellations are no longer possible.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: What is your return policy?
A: We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and include the original packaging. Please review our Return & Refund Policy for full details.
Q: Are there any return fees?
A: For non-defective items, return or exchange shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. A small handling fee ($3–$5) may also apply. For defective items, we’ve got it covered.
Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll make it right as quickly as possible.
Duties & Taxes
Q: Will I need to pay customs duties or import taxes?
A: For most countries, duties and taxes are already included in the price. No additional payment is required upon delivery.
However, for certain destinations such as India, Brazil, Turkey, Peru, import duties or customs fees may be charged separately by local authorities and must be paid by the recipient before delivery can be completed.
Q: How do I pay for duties if my country requires separate tax payment?
A: If duties or taxes are charged separately in your country, the courier or customs office will typically contact you with payment instructions once your package arrives.
Q: Why are some countries charged separately while others are not?
A: Customs regulations vary by country. In many destinations, duties can be prepaid and included in the order total. In others, local regulations require taxes or import fees to be collected directly from the recipient during customs clearance.
Q: How much will the customs fee be?
A: Customs charges are determined by your local customs authority and may vary based on the declared value of the shipment, product category, and current local regulations. Unfortunately, we are unable to guarantee the exact amount in advance.
Q: What happens if I do not pay the customs fee?
A: If required duties or taxes are not paid, the package may be delayed, returned, or abandoned by customs or the local carrier. Any resulting return shipping charges or losses may be the responsibility of the customer.
Q: Are import taxes required for U.S. orders?
A: No. For U.S. orders, no additional import taxes or custom duties are required, as our products are already located within the United States.
