Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping at Biivoya. We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our return policy carefully before making a purchase.

7-Day Return Policy  
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.

To initiate a return, please contact us with:  

  • Your order number  
  • Your email address  
  • Reason for return  
  • Photos (if applicable)  

Once your return request is approved, we will provide instructions on how to return your item. Shipping fees are non-refundable. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received is defective or incorrect.

Returns (Non-Quality Issues)  
For returns due to personal reasons (e.g., change of mind, preference, or ordering the wrong item):  

  • Items must be unused and in original condition  
  • Original tags must be attached  
  • Items must be free from signs of wear, damage, or misuse  
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs  
  • Original shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable
  • A handling fee of $3 will be deducted from all approved returns. 

These conditions apply only to non-defective items. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.

Defective or Incorrect Items  
If you receive a defective or incorrect item:  

  • Please contact us within 7 days of delivery  
  • We will provide a replacement or full refund  
  • Return shipping costs will be covered by us  

Non-Returnable Items  
The following items cannot be returned:  

  • Items that have been used or damaged after delivery  
  • Items not in their original packaging  
  • Items with original tags detached or missing  
  • Items returned after the 7-day return window  

Shipping Costs  
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds  
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Order Cancellation  

  • Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of purchase  
  • Orders that have already been shipped cannot be canceled  

Delivered but Not Received  
If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it:  

  • Please check with neighbors or your local carrier  
  • We will assist with filing a claim  

However, we are not responsible for packages confirmed as delivered.

Abuse Prevention  
We reserve the right to refuse returns or refunds in cases of excessive returns or suspected abuse.
