Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

United States (Domestic Only):
- Standard Shipping: 4–7 business days — Free
- Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days — $6.00
International (58 countries/regions):
- Standard Shipping: 5–15 business days — Free
Shipment Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.
International Shipping Note
We currently ship to 58 countries/regions (and are expanding). Shipping fees are included in the checkout price. Some countries may impose customs fees or import duties, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Biivoya is not liable for products damaged or lost during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us at contact@biivoya.com with your order number and photos of the damage.
